We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us.
If you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply return it within 28 days for a full refund.
Please let us know in advance that you are returning something by emailing us at email@example.com.
How to return something
You have to cover the cost of returning items to us.
We only accept returned items that are unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey or fail to arrive back with us:
- Please make sure items are well packaged; we suggest returning items in their original outer postal packaging.
- We recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning for items valued over £50.

Occasionally items are damaged on their journey to you. If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as you can and within 5 days at email@example.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
Very occasionally an item might be faulty. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
Items purchased at reduced price or in advertised sales - the same as normal returns except we ask you to return sale items within 7 days.
Important Exceptions to our Returns Policy
Lorena Canals - Returns on our rug collection will be refunded minus a £38.00 returns and handling fee. Please contact email@example.com. We will arrange a courier to collect the return from you.
Jupiduu - Returns on our big toy collection by Jupiduu will be refunded minus a £38.00 returns and handing fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange a courrier to collect the return from you.
Sirch - We only accept returns on Sirch products if the item is faulty.
