The Basics

We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us.

If you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply return it within 28 days for a full refund.

Please let us know in advance that you are returning something by emailing us at helpful@oskoe.com.

 


How to return something

You have to cover the cost of returning items to us.

We only accept returned items that are unused and in their original undamaged packaging.

We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey or fail to arrive back with us:

DAMAGED ITEMS

Occasionally items are damaged on their journey to you. If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as you can and within 5 days at helpful@oskoe.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.

 


FAULTY ITEMS

Very occasionally an item might be faulty. Please contact us at helpful@oskoe.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.

 


SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at reduced price or in advertised sales - the same as normal returns except we ask you to return sale items within 7 days

 


Important Exceptions to our Returns Policy

Lorena Canals - Returns on our rug collection will be refunded minus a £38.00 returns and handling fee. Please contact helpful@oskoe.com. We will arrange a courier to collect the return from you. 

Jupiduu - Returns on our big toy collection by Jupiduu will be refunded minus a £38.00 returns and handing fee. Please contact helpful@oskoe.com. We will arrange a courrier to collect the return from you. 

Sirch - We only accept returns on Sirch products if the item is faulty.
