A hugely versatile toy for open ended play. Stacking, nesting and ordering will keep the littlest of hands busy. Extend play options by combining with other pieces from the Grimm’s universe and use them to help bring some (admittedly temporary) order to the chaos. Slightly older children will bring the bowls into service as props for imaginative play.
What an interesting life these little bowls will lead - cosseting produce for sale at the farmer’s market (‘les belle tomates!’), serving daily specials from beachside and mountain top cafes, and becoming embroiled in the dark art of mixing magic potions to turn annoying siblings into frogs.
This Set of Bowls from Grimm’s make lovely organising and display pots for gathered natural wonders and trinkets from wildlife walks. Not great for slugs and snails (no lids), but perfect for clutches of seashells, acorns, beechnuts, pebbles and twigs of all descriptions.
Please note; we do not endorse the use of these pots as prisons for woodlice or earwigs.
Made from alder and finished in linseed based oil.
