This sweet wooden set of 'oddly' shaped fruit and veg is designed to help children understand that commercially grown food doesn't always look like what you see in the supermarket. In fact 10% of this food is disregarded, contributing hugely to food waste. 
Using the little wooden knife your little one can practice their fine motor skills whilst slicing up the cucumber, apple, pear, tomato and carrot, then stick them back together and do it all again. They will have fun playing whilst learning about an important relevant matter.
